Having served as the Head of Operations for the largest BPO in Sri Lanka, as AVP Operations for another mainstream BPO prior to that, and as an Assistant General Manager and a General Manager overseeing a multitude of functions, Buveendra is a lawyer by profession specializing in commercial law. Having migrated processes and set up and trained employees for multiple outsourced operations, he is well versed with back-office service requirements in legal, finance and accounting services, AML screening processes, in data operations and administration. He is also very conversant in Administration having overseen administration of a workforce of more than 12,000 employees, in Human Resource Management, Logistics and Insurance. He is also an entrepreneur with several companies under his wing and carries a very strong values of commitment, perseverance and integrity.
